Instructions
- PREP OVEN: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- DIVIDE CHEESE: Pour a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1/2 inch apart. Gently pat down each pile of cheese into a small circle.
- BAKE: Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- COOL AND SERVE: Allow crisps to cool completely before eating or using in a recipe
