Instructions
- COMBINE INGREDIENTS: Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, re-whisking dressing before each use.
Notes
The dressing gets stronger in tarragon flavor the longer it sits!
