- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon MSG OR 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
NOTE: If using dried minced garlic and dried minced onion complete Step 1. If you are using an equivalent amount of garlic powder and onion powder instead, start at Step 2.
- GRIND GARLIC AND ONION: Add dried minced garlic and dried minced onion to a spice grinder and grind for 5 seconds to make them more finely chopped, but not completely powdered.
- COMBINE INGREDIENTS: Add all of the spices and seasonings listed in the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine. Use immediately in a recipe or store in an airtight container for future use.
